Baked chicken fillet in a cream sauce with white wine, bacon and mushrooms


Daube of beef- a French classic- slow cooked prime beef with garlic, herbs,red wine,tomato and smoked bacon


Grilled Salmon fillet with roasted vegetables, dressed with basil oil

Grilled fillet of Seabass with roasted vegetables, dress with basil oil

(v) Roasted vegetable tart topped with goats cheese, with tomato and garlic sauce

Half a roast duck served with apple sauce and stuffing (£2 supp)
